An update to Google’s privacy policy suggests that the entire public internet is fair game for it’s AI projects. If Google can read your words, assume they belong to the company now, and expect that they’re nesting somewhere in the bowels of a chatbot.
Questionable…
Can’t wait for the masses to finally do something about these scummy trillion dollar companies. Once stronger privacy and power over the data laws get put into place these companies gonna get btfo’d. I hope reddit is the first one.
People won’t do shit about privacy as long as they are given a good and easy to use product. In most cases people wouldn’t convert even if the privacy respecting product is better since they know how to use the worse product. There isn’t much that can be done. The only half successful stuff I have done is just using the privacy respecting product and when people people ask me what I use I tell them
There is one thing that leftists in every country can do other then waste peoples times with racial politics is just copy European laws on this kind of stuff. But we all know those politicians are also bought and paid for so unhill struggle begins.
