It is my firm belief that every non-executive position in this country should be unionized.
You have a large corporation with 20,000 employees? They should be unionized.
You have a small business with two employees? They should be unionized.I hate that mid-level managers can’t unionize in the US
Gotta be real, the poor decisions of mid-level managers have probably fucked me more than execs.
Both can rot as far as I’m concerned.
Do you know any climate tech companies with unions?
There are unionized nonprofits doing work to fight climate change. The only ones I know of are unionized with CWA

Prime day should be boycott Amazon day
Too easy, there’s never anything good on prime day
Honestly, the only reason I remembered Prime Day last week was because an order I’d placed for something was scheduled to arrive then. (The only reason I ordered the thing from Amazon was because it was the only place to get it. I much prefer ordering from Best Buy and using their store pickup.)
Quitting Amazon was one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. I started seeing my life as a single, one chance experience without the plague of needing to constantly surround myself with ever changing gadgets.
Quitting Amazon alone didn’t do that for me, but it was a good start.
At first I thought you meant quitting your Amazon job, not quitting from shopping there lol
