This is the last Sunday of the month so we can do a monthly review in addition to the weekly review.

This week I continued tracking my meals for the third week in a row. I practiced meditation on 4 days. I went hiking today. Overall it was a good week, definitely better than last week.
I think February went well. I was mostly focused on nutrition and weight loss. I tracked my meals for 3 weeks and lost some weight.
It’s gonna start getting warmer next month so I want to start focusing on exercise. I want to go running at least once per week but ideally twice. I also want to practice bodyweight exercises at least once per week.
