You can find a thorough and complete takedown of this here. The sole source was allegations from the ASPI. That article was published on the last day of her term, resigning because of how politicised the role was. She notably didn’t give her signature to the report.
Meanwhile the UN is not allowing itself to be used anymore on this issue.
