From what I’ve heard in the Lemmy instance admin chat, v18 is still quite buggy 😅

I think 0.18 is being rolled out imminently – like the next few days. They bumped the requirement for the app now because the dev is on lemmy.ml which is already running the 0.18 beta.

To fix that for now you can downgrade back to jerboa 0.0.34, long press it, tap app info (circle with an “i” tap storage, tap clear storage and tap ok if it prompts. Then reboot your phone to clear it out of RAM. Otherwise the v0.0.34 crashes
