Acute subdural hematoma is usually secondary to a head injury, such as from a fall. In that case it’d be covered, right?

The article: Rural people aren’t just racist, homophobic assholes - they’re struggling with apocalyptic economic destruction, constant discrimination and hatred, and have fallen through the cracks of society while society stomps on their face.
The comments: RURAL PEOPLE ARE BAD, FUCK RURALS
I guess you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make them read the article…
I will say, though, that as much as rural people get fucked out of their votes in most situations, they are vastly over-represented in others. For example, each vote in the electoral college for California represents 703,000 people. In Montana, on the other hand, each electoral vote represents closer to 250,000 people. There’s a strong sense among city dwellers that the rural folk are dragging the entire country into hell just because they’re suffering under capitalism - and they aren’t wrong, in some sense. America’s inconsistent, patchwork electoral system definitely contributes greatly to the urban / rural conflict.
Even those can still have some benefit - it can act as a networking opportunity for people to meet each other and plan other events / get involved in other ways, it can give a morale boost to people considering giving up, etc.
Same, it usually whacked about half the attempted majors into another major. In the first half of senior year. They kept wondering why their program wasn’t growing much even though similar colleges’ programs were growing like mold on a dorm shower curtain. I enjoyed the course and never used the primary skills taught in it again.
Wow, that’s literally “Hang-them-from-a-gallows” treason. I wonder if anyone will even get a wrist-slap.
If this doesn’t get hammered to hell, we’re even more fucked than we are now.
Being an ass
Settled went to weekly and I’m so hyped.
Alternative answer: Yeah, so?
All media is informed by other media. All media copies parts of other media, often en masse. There’s nothing wrong with incremental improvements.
Forest + Penguin = Tux ?
What do forests have to do with Tux?
How are you not dead by hour 9?
Duh. But tell me again about how it was totally about PlAgIaRiSM
I agree with 90% of what you say - the only point I disagree on is that Palworld doesn’t “Yes, but” the ethical controversy. The entire point of Palworld is that catching Pals and using them as slave labor is unethical. That’s why you can butcher them, sell them for profit, force them to work long hours until they go insane, etc. You can literally put their corpses on a stick as a decoration. Palworld doesn’t pretend that pal slavery is ethical the way that Pokemon pretends that pokemon slavery is ethical, and that’s part of what sets it apart from Pokemon.
I also don’t necessarily agree that the FPA is undermined by fighting against Pals and occasionally having them in cages. Fighting against pals is heavily established in the lore to be necessary - the equivalent of trying not to be mauled by a bear while traveling through an area where there’s vastly more bears than people. They can support the idea that Pals shouldn’t be enslaved, while also needing to not be mauled to death in order to achieve that goal. Having Pals in cages is tougher to explain, but a diary entry about how the FPA sometimes relocates Pals in order to repopulate areas cleared out by trainers, or how they sometimes have to remove individuals that have gotten too aggressive after negative interactions with humans, would solve the problem in an interesting way while giving them a bit of nuance.
Flambelles also drop it and are relatively low level (11). They’re in the volcanic area far north of the default spawn.

Is this a mod?
I could be wrong, but I think the point that @weeeeum was making is that by the point you retire, your body and mind are so wrecked from having been overworked for 30+ years that ‘just go outside’ is an agonizing prospect. Yeah, if you make it to that point and can still go outside and do fun stuff then great. But if you retire at 65, are male, and American, then you’re retiring at the average healthy life expectancy for your group and on average have about a decade of declining health to ‘look forward to’. Could it be…greed?
For real. This post has big “I have regrets and/or fears that I missed out on my younger life, and the only way to not be afraid is to invalidate other people’s choices” energy. Every life and every combination of experiences produces a unique piece of art. OP, your life is valid and worthwhile - you don’t have to tear other people down for that to be the case.
Weird…it got changed to some Nitter link instead of the article. Does it work now?
I didn’t even realize you could slide at all, much less that it was this goofy, lol. Thanks for the list!
But isn’t the point of crash bar locks that just the act of being crushed against the door will force it open? The only thing you have to do to open it is push on it or be pushed into it. Of course that won’t help you when you fall as the door swings open and get trampled, but it’s better than everyone burning to death.
