If you’ve been on adderall without these effects before i would say that maybe you’re psyching yourself into some side effects? because my understanding is that vyvanse is just regular ol amphetamine, but with a bit attached that needs to be cleaved off by an enzyme for it to actually do anything, so it’s rate-limited by the availability of that enzyme and the speed it works

Also if you just started it, tolerance does still build up, so maybe you got a little too much gas in your tank today, but in a few days it’ll be a smoother ride
