From what I know, jam is what you described as the heterogenous fruit preserve. It’a basically fruits roughly choped, sugar and pectine.
Jelly is kinda the same thing, but instead of using whole fruits, you use juice (with sugar and pectine).
Jell-o is generally artificially flavored gelatine (which comes from animal bones).
If I’m not mistaken, in Canada there are laws specifying what can be labeled as jam and jelly, like sugar concentration and stuff like that.

I am a big fan of black metal so avoiding closeted white supremacists behind some of those bands has become tedious. But yes there is one cherry picking I do and it is regarding Burzum because the guy had such a huge impact on the scene that it’s like ignoring Led Zep work (which would not be far fetched of a comparison since it is known that Jimmy Page was kind of a pedo).
But there are some artists that I can’t get over what they did and avoid their art all together. I was a big fan of Kevin Spacey ; Se7en is one of my favourite movies ever. Now I feel sick when I see his face. I was also a big fan of Daughters but I can’t listen to their stuff anymore after learning what their singer did.

I know what you mean. Personnally I prefer Storm of the Light’s Bane, but I feel less bad about listening to Dissection cause the guy’s dead so not like he gets any money from me lol

I mean they were nominated four times at the grammy’s of which they won one, can’t get more recognized by the mainstream than that…
