Lol afaik their own UX/UI design philosophy (Material Design 3) literally says there can only be one FAB
True. But idk if I was talking about that feature. I remember clearly hearing of a feature that cannot be disabled in the video. Though I just rewatched it and I didn’t find anything about it. Idk if it was removed from the video or I started having hallucinations (which is absolutely possible) but it doesn’t seem to be there anymore. Idk what else to say about it
The assistants at least can be deleted or disabled. That sensors stuff cannot
I think adding the link is necessary to give credits to the creator whom I discovered the information from. It’s a matter of respect
Uhh no?
Well there aren’t any other ready to use options unfortunately
Where do you get such information from? I’m using official LineageOS and it has Material You. There is indeed a separate implementation for Pixels afaik but the difference is very little
Oh of course but that won’t make it not evil
Afaik it already is in Android but it’s hidden. Also such changes won’t make Android a decent OS to store private information on or bring the device with you. It’s getting more and more privacy-hostile and imo it’s much more important than visuals
It doesn’t look like it’s going to ask the user on first setup of new phones though
10/10 would definitely buy (seriously)
I use Jerboa. It has the account switch feature (though never tested) and I never had the issue of communities loading for minutes. It’s also FOSS but idk if it has mod controls. The only bug I noticed is that there are scrolling delays when scrolling my profile? Maybe it was in a different place. I don’t remember. But there’s no such issue on the feed, posts and comments. Other than that the client is quite stable (I use the stable release, not the beta). Oh and btw this post is a little sus
Idk. That’d be weird
cough cough mass surveillance cough censorship cough cough. Though there are advantages too
I think mine is kinda obvious but in case it isn’t, it’s “GNU” in the International Radiotelephony Spelling Alphabet. I got it because I like aviation and Linux… and also because I’m too autistic to get a more normal one
It’s way too early to tell
It’s a thing in many languages. My first language has it too and it’s not hard to speak it (though I still make a lot of mistakes lol) because if you’re a native, you just remember the gender of every single word. But English is still undoubtedly much much easier to learn
Wearable tech and VR do make some sense. NFT is not eco-friendly cuz based on blockchain. 3D? Idk it’s just for fun I guess. But at least it’s not consuming the power of a small country to run the servers
So Sony started making smartphones again?
