Wait half an hour or an hour and then try eating something more substantial. If you can’t just finish the apple. “Eating restores appetite” is the idea. It can also help when you are sick and don’t feel like eating anything. Soup is always good if you aren’t feeling up to eating. You can sip the broth and let that kinda fill you up, you’ll get some nutrients, and it will feel warm and soothing on your tummy.
