100% agree. Always do a little evaluation after a meal on what can be improved and this is pretty much exactly what I told the better half I needed to do.

Slaw goes on cold. At least that’s how we always do it. Adds nice contrast.
They did get a touch more done than I was hoping but not burnt. Even the center of the yoke still had a little liquid to it.
It was perfect. Nice and crispy snap. Did a vid on scratching the sugar but it didn’t save.
