Thats the exact reason I just donated my old pc to my sisters kids as a “practice computer”, encouraging them to go rummaging around.

What woke me up was all these 20-somethings in our uni having trouble using computers. Damn, how can you get through our secondary education in our country and not know how to use a normal Windows pc?

I’m having this issue now too, and just not with other instances. I go to a community page I know must have more than 10 posts, but nope, Jerboa just wont load more. Hitting refresh does nothing.

FYI Running Ublock Origin is enough to grant access to this dictionary, among others. At least seems to work for me without any paywalls (unless its a geoblock? I’m looking at it from the Nordics).

Perhaps both. There are also news reports that some of these migrants now stuck in Russia are being pressured by russian military authorities to sign contracts to go fight in Ukraine, in exchange getting Russian citizenship later. More cannon fodder to the grinder…

In local news our national broadcaster and right wing rags have reported that most of these newcomers are from Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Somalia.

Yeah, it truly is. There are some local smaller and cheaper cinemas here and there, but they usually cant show new movies at all. They are rare, too. There are couple of big movie chains that dominate and effectively force an duopoly/triopoly with their prices.
