It might be extra funny because I saw this at the bar.

Don’t worry, Google is actually getting sued for its various malpractices (paying browsers millions to be their default search engine, Google adsense putting the best bidder at the top of the search results, etc). It might even come to the US justice system ordering the breakup of various Google products into smaller independent companies.
Force yourself to sneeze and cough inside your elbow all the time. Even when you’re alone. Then it becomes a reflex and you’ll protect those around you from infection a lot better.
I get the feeling. I had a fuck-up directory with solutions for my failed android rooting efforts. I tried to flash my phone with a random recovery image I found in an old FAQ section.
Yeah we heard a lot of “decent people from sides” after the Charlottesville attack, namely. Talk about relativism!
Welcome to the club! I think in most democratic nations nowadays the right is buddying up with fascists. At first it was scary, but now it’s mostly depressing to see it’s become the new norm.
Makes me remember this one time in English class in France where one student called him Jean-François Kennedy. The whole class had a good laugh, including the teacher 😅
Moderation is a problem here? It’s been awhile since I’ve seen someone misbehaving. Generally it was being offensive to individuals or groups of people in a post. But the last one I saw was months ago.
Why are we still here? Just to suffer? And to pee again and again ?
It’s also the name in French for end caps of bicycle break cables. #themoreyouknow
I your referring to the two-party monopoly I feel you. I’m from a place where it’s been the case until recently. It’s always “winner takes all”, but losers are still there after the elections. And they are you neighbors, your family, your colleagues. A bit more plurality and “coming together” wouldn’t hurt us to face the troubles ahead.
Wether it’s on the internet or at a bar counter, I like to engage in debate to better myself. If your goal is to turn every fanatic that crosses your path, you’re gonna be depressed real soon.
It’s unbelievable to me that someone outside of China would honestly defend Xi JinPing’s policy. I mean, look for the first Chinese expat in your country. He/she probably has some dark story about illegal secret cops trying to bring him/her back home because of a Winnie the poo post on Twitter.
I really like to watch competitive FPS like CS and Valorant but I’d hate to play them since my jam is turn-based games. Heck I’d even watch competitions of games like Lol or Starcraft but the Jargon is too much for me!
Oh the memories of frantically rubbing that screen to pet an imaginary puppy…
Common it’s not like the only option, other than Biden, is Trump. There still time to vouch for another Democrat. Or bring someone who’s not a politician to the stage. Like an NGO activist or the like. That’d be a democratic innovation.

Depends who you think of when you say status quo. I’d say the left is popular in many urban areas (radical left in modest neighborhoods and environmentalist/social-democrats for the rest), but the far rights reaps almost every rural area.
There’s no need for that, unless parts of the US want independence, like some Scots regarding the UK. But break it all up because it’s too messy, not healthy? That’s what critics of the EU or the UN also say. Myself I’ve always been an advocate of unity and collaboration since it’s the only way we’re gonna be able to solve climate change and every other major world crisis.
I think it’s a pretty universal trend as well, at least in developed countries. I think I remember hearing it’s the same trend in Germany, which is a country with a historicaly strong car culture like the US. But I don’t have a study to back that up.
