You can’t use a normal dimmer to control a fan. I searched for “fan controller 110v” on AliExpress and found some for <10€, but I don’t know which of them are good.

I don’t know, but for Germany that seems way too high. Maybe I just don’t see all the indoor cats in the cities (where more than 75% of the people live).
But which separator is it, and which line ending? ASCII, UTF-8, UTF-16 or something else? What about quoting separators and line endings? Yes, there is an RFC, but a million programs were made before the RFC and won’t change their ways now.

Are you travelling through Europe and try to find the best options for many places? But wouldn’t you be interested most in the shops at the places were you will stay? Anyway, for Germany I looked at the websites of the three shops I visit most: Netto Marken-Discount (not the Netto with the dog) has a limit of 200 € per day and it accepts Mastercard and Visa, as well as the German Girocard. Edeka and Rewe accept only Girocard for “Barauszahlung”. I used the German word for “cash back”, because you’ll find more info in German than in English here.
This. OP, get an M.2 NVME SSD in 2280 or 2260 size. Then you can add a SATA drive later, when/if you need it.
I guess that was before all the kangaroos swam from Africa to Australia.
Btw there’s a movie about that: The Age of Adaline.
