Freedom is a synthetic enterprise, not a natural gift
I think another difference is that Movary has some more social features, web sites to track the media you consume often allow you to follow people with the same tastes, see how other people rated things, have recommendations, stats, etc.
thank you very much, i thought it was pretty dumb if this feature was lacking
Is there a public deployment of it?
i was using the dGPU, but i will try to use the iGPU next if it doesnt work and simply not use the gpu then, i just installed elementary to see if it was a fedora issue but no, i reinstalled fedora now and im going to try that out

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H61-M LX3 R2.0 Intel i3-3220 (4) @ 3.300GHz NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 Rev. 2
That’s my hardware
I honestly rather not install nouveau since iknow it can cause issues and i wouldnt mind installing nvidias proprietary drivers if it makes it work since its not even for me
do you know if i should install the 470xx or the one just called nvidia drivers in the app store?
ill give it a try to the rest tho, thanks!
Not this time it seems.
Yeah, recently after posting this I went down a rabbit hole and found out about zsh and fish and I kind of like fish so I’m thinking about going straight to that, what a hard choice.
I think I maybe phrased it horribly, my question was more like, what do I need to learn in order to modify myself the .bashrc by myself instead of using a programme. Does it make sense?

I was trying to do that but I’m unsure what to edit to do that, since most tutorials are using either a Debian based or Arch distro.
I was using a similar guide, and it also talked about the locale.gen, but that file was never to be found, I just searched a bit more into that and this popped up. So it seems Fedora handles things differently, but now I’m unsure what commands to execute since I’m not sure the ones in that thread are also valid for me.
Well, in Firefox’s settings there’s an option to use my own fonts instead of the web site, so I don’t think it’s related to anything like that, but rather some setting within the OS, related to locale config files.
I think it’s pure luck what font does your OS prefer, I was using Pop_OS and it defaulted to Japanese, but I think it’s more common to default to Chinese because of the population size.

I suggest you to use all browsers!11!1
The US wants its ass kicked, lol.
It’s not about the money, it’s about principles.
I’m from Argentina, the prices we have now are absolutely ridiculous even with the LATAM USD, an Argentinian might have a monthly income of something around 250-350USD, and some games are something along the lines of 40USD even with the regional pricing, you need to add to that the fact that there is a tax on the dollar of 155%. I assume a normal person from the US earns something along the lines of 1500-3000USD a month, so it’s completely incomparable. To give you an idea, physical retro collectible games are cheaper than virtual ones.
I wonder what’s the difference between this and Fly Pie, like, why did he stop developing the first and started the latter.
It’s still in alpha, so maybe, I guess you could open an issue and ask about it, maybe even help. 😁
