It actually is hard, habit psychology has been thoroughly researched. However, once she stabilises she’ll be in a much better place than she was before.

Ouuu. This makes sense to me, well thought
Eh, it actually is very hard to change all your habits.
It’s the google classic:
Have an awesome idea
Go crazy on development
Gain a loyal userbase
???
Inspire hope
???
Seperate entirely
Damn… I totally forgot about stadia. I feel like it made so much noise then suddenly vanished without a trace…
This is awesome. Rust wearing full plate armor to dinner is hilarious… Also what’s up with Scala? lmao
I have a chinese controller called the Vader 3 Pro and it’s insanely nice. It costed me $60CAD shipped and delivered.
Leagues ahead of my previous favourite, the Sony Dualshock 4
Meh, that already comes with infinite problems, so what’s one more?
I don’t say this to be flippant, but rather because some people need to understand that there are real problems in this world, and this sort of situation is what can easily result from ignoring those problems for superficial reasons such as you don’t like the person who speaks about them, or the specific choice of words they use.
So lay off on laying me off for laying off.
Exactly! However, in my situation, I was helping them out with some old hardware. I had to help so many times with Windows that I took a risk and offered to “update their PC”. The “update” failed because chrome was gone - but I “changed some settings” and now chrome “came back to the computer” and now it’s smooth sailing 🤣🤣🤣
Exactly… if you want news - go to the sources of news. If you want funny dances and horribly acted skits - go to social media
Absolutely. In fact, I have found that areas with the most disposable income also get the best city funding. So the people who can afford to pay for third spaces (restaurants, clubs, golfing) also have the nicest local parks and public spaces.
In my city, the low-income area local parks are literally paved with concrete and next to train tracks, busy streets and/or factories. It’s utterly bullshit
My man, you are completely Reddit brained. What are you even saying?
Nah. Because car transportation is massively subsidised and the automotive industry is so influential, modern cities were built for cars instead of people.
Sure, we weren’t “targeting non drivers”, but we were exclusively building for cars.
We’re now reaping what we sowed - cities are now hostile to pedestrians.
Movie theathers are also stupid expensive. Not something the average teen can do on a regular basis
Abandoned lot, underpass, unmaintained forest/brush
The theoretical basis of alienation is that a worker invariably loses the ability to determine life and destiny when deprived of the right to think (conceive) of themselves as the director of their own actions; to determine the character of said actions; to define relationships with other people; and to own those items of value from goods and services, produced by their own labour.
For all the non-clickers
This seems weird. They say they let you stream with Tidal and Qobuz, is that why it’s a monthly fee? I don’t really get how the pricing model fits the Roon software features.
Listen, I was trying to limit my assumptions as much as possible. The main point of my comment is that a change in lifestyle has a transient negative effect on mental health
