Mechanical engineer in the space industry
I use SyncThing on all my computers with my phone. I’ve setup my phone to just not sync certain folders with Ignore Patterns
In games where I’ve have to hold a face button, yet use another I’ll use the back buttons.
So I mirror ABXY in Hades II for example, and charge up my B spell while I dash away with A. Much more comfortable to charge with the back B and dash with the face A button.
I believe feminism has an issue with how women are portrayed in pornography and how that can influence men’s views and expectations of women.
Even if I can take care of myself, there is something quite comforting in that role reversal.
We’re only now starting to try and ensure spacecraft are designed in such a way that they completely break up.
Shape/size/material all have an impact on whether something completely breaks up
Yeah it is pretty awesome! I need to get back into it
Balatro and Hades II
I’ve been looking into tube archivist actually. Want to get it set up soon and try it out.
Auto downloads, direct to Jellyfin, rules set up to delete them afterwards
It is honestly a huge disappointment. I don’t know what I expected.
That would be anxiety personified for me
I’ve been disappointed with most sonic/Navidrome apps so I haven’t gone all in with hosting my music that way. I’ve been sticking to mp3s
From my notes: Most apps do not support or have a weird implementation of offline music. Some don’t allow you to swipe to go to next/previous track. Some just look ugly
But there are:
+1 for Obtainium
It’s super good
It’s the equivalent, but does the software make use of the ROCM if they are programmed for CUDA?
Yeah, the deck has really increased my trust in AMD hardware.
I was straight up thinking of going to AMD just to have fewer GPU problems on Linux myself
I saw a YouTube clip explaining that they use a secondary drone to boost the signal to get around some of the jamming.
The game of cat and mouse continues.
Yes, I’ve noticed that too. Especially when the McLarens and Ferraris are side by side
Edit: think it’s just the camera for corners 1 & 2
They’re taking really long.
And now there’s no jump start penalty for Norris at all
Depends what’s going on. Its very different if I’m in the design phase of a project or assembly and testing.
I really enjoy CADing and designing in general. And I’m fine writing documentation, procedures, assembly instructions. Pretty smooth for me.
Once production starts and things go wrong, we need to investigate, fix the issues, and sometimes we’re chasings ghotsts. This is the stressful part. I’m currently in it, and I’m pretty stressed these days.
