Multiple reports on this, and frankly, if it had been some rando site and not Newsweek, I’d have pulled it by now.
The complaints are correct: Source is Russian media, the recording can’t be verified, it’s just as likely the whole thing is a hoax as it’s not.
I’d add… Clinton isn’t a candidate, it doesn’t matter what she may have asked for or not.
