Keeping on, keeping on. Workout routine has more or less stabilized aside from the days were work feels like its a bit more soul crushing than usual . Starting to prepare myself to work towards heavylifting. Diet has been so so, definitely could do more to eat healthier, but I’ve also been eating smaller portions and trying to fast from dinner up until lunch the next day.
