You dont know if the found virus has infected the machine with some of these. Its a big red flag that this option is available in kaspersky. Save your data and set up a new system is the only correct, nearly 100% save option.

My Anycubic does the same and i read from more people having this problem. You can losen the tension of the belt with the red screw infront of the printer. This fixed it for me.
