Kinda missing my LG V20, why does walking with music now require me to deal with either compression and an extra attack vector, or loose ass usb-c connectors that require an unlock to securely re-connect?

Omg my v20 was the best phone I ever had! Replacable battery, sd card slot, enough ram, ir, and more that im kinda forgetting. Its hands down the best phone ive owned in the past 10 years. (Before that was my motorola razer flip phone (got run over by a car, still worked fine
), and my galaxy s5).
Also I can’t believe how repairable it was for a flagship device. Nearly everything in it down to the jacks where on ribbon cables.
Everything was screwed, not glued, to a metal frame except for the screen, and maybe the mic/top speaker. Though whenever you bought a new screen it was like $10 to get all that shit included on a new (to you) metal frame that everything else screwed back onto.
I think all the ones after that where glued together like most modern phones. That fucker was special.
Right!? Like there was finnickey difficult bits for sure, but just that it could be repaired at all and to the extent it could be was such a blessing! I havent seen a phone of that caliber ever since
