I always thought arch was the neckbeard distro and Fedora was the one for super serious nerds who want to get shit done. I really enjoy Fedora Atomic and Universal Blue so I might be biased (I am). Do check out Fedora Atomic at least once in your GNU/Linux life, it’s an incredible experience.

Anyway as long as you’re not using Windows or MacOS ur fine.

:waow-based:, I’ll have to really get into fedora atomics eventually, I like the idea of running mostly flatpaks on an immutable system. The only reason I even use the traditional distro at this point is Mullvad VPN.

You’re in luck because Fedora Atomic can install the Mullvad VPN GUI by layering the .rpm package file on top of your system. A manual enabling of the mullvad daemon and a simple restart will have it work perfectly.

You could also use Mullvad’s openvpn/wireguard configuration files directly and have no overhead. I personally use AirVPN atm so this is what I do.
